Obama on the Phone: Iran Launches 9-11 Scale Attack

Ever wonder what actions Obama would take if there were a national security crisis and he was supposed to answer the red phone at 3AM.

Well, here are some ideas. . . .

The Company - A Very Thin Line of Patriots Mans the Ramparts

“The Truman Doctrine of 1947 promised that America would aid free peoples everywhere in the struggle against totalitarianism. The principal instrument of American foreign policy in that struggle is the Central Intelligence Agency. Make no mistake about it, western civilization is under attack. It is a war of attrition, and a very thin line of patriots mans the ramparts…” ~~Frank Wizner aka “Wizard” from The Company

I just saw a movie, The Company, sometime ago that I have been dying to blog about. The Company which is an adaptation of Robert Littell’s book of the same name is a story of the Cold War that spans four decades: starting with the 1950s and ending with the fall of Soviet Union.

Of all the performances in this movie, I think that Alfred Molina and Michael Keaton put on a superb performance. Chris O’Donnell takes the role of a budding CIA case officer, Jack McAuliffe, who is Alfred Molina’s apprentice.

The movie is about 6 hours long - it was a TNT Miniseries. You can go to Blockbuster and buy the DVD or just rent it online from Netflix. Great movie, great acting cast and absolutely engaging.

Michael Keaton (LEFT) plays the real life character of James Jesus Angleton. The CIA’s counterintelligence czar who nearly crippled the CIA. He got lost - literally - in the so-called Wilderness of Mirrors….

It is fast paced, addictive and Keaton puts on a superb performance. Above all, my favorite is Alfred Molina’s character Harvey Toritti aka “the Sorcerer”.

There is also a real life story on the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, the Bay of Pigs and the MI:6 Mole known as Kim Philby who was a Soviet spy along with Guy Burgess and Donald Maclean. Philby was the worst of the worst. A stuttering flaming homosexual who sold out his country and America too! Bastard!

[PICTURE: FROM LEFT]: Jack McAuliffe (O’Donnell), Harvey Toritti (Molina), James J. Angelton (Keaton), Leo Kritzky (Nivola), Yevgeny Tsipin (Cochrane).

I Strongly recommend this flick for the espionage spy vs. spy buff. . . . this a far cry from the spy culture that is romanticized by James Bond movies and by Keifer Sutherland’s character Jack Bauer. . . . .

Watch the clip. . .the best scene in the movie by far. Watch The Sorcerer at his best….

Hillary Clinton Racially Slurs Indians

I just do not believe that Hillary Clinton said this about Mahatma Gandhi and using stereotypes of Indians who are living in this country.

This is someone who we are considering as President of the free world. Why don’t people see this old bag of shit for what she is - a bag of shit!

Indians have had a profound impact in this country and have contributed to every aspect of American life. Fuck Hillary Clinton - someone should send her packing back to Arkansas with her husband….I am so happy she is in the race still because she is going to have her ass handed to her by the Republican machine……….i cannot wait to see her lose. LOL!

Guess Who Is Building Nuclear Power Plants

My how times have changed. This is really unreal. Now many Iranians will look at this headline from a 1970s paper advertisement by American Oil Companies (????) and say that it is a double standard. Well I suppose that at that time Iran was not shouting Death to America or that it wants to wipe Israel off the map.

At that time, Iran was America’s staunchest Ally in the region. What happened? The Iranians overthrew him and brought in some nut case named Ayatollah Khomeini. Many Iranians think that it was the CIA that overthrew the Shah of Iran. That does not make sense, although I can see why they would think that. It was the CIA that did overthrow PM Mossadegh in 1953.

I do not see this as a contradiction at all. In other words, I don’t see it as hypocrisy as many Iranian sites have been claiming it to be. Our foreign policy towards Iran - - or any country for that matter - - cannot and should not be expected to remain static. Policies have to change according to time, according to circumstances.

At that time in the 1970s, the Shah of Iran was secular. Now does that mean he was a good person? I don’t know, I wasn’t there at that time. But the SAVAK was no joke - I can tell you that. There were many people who were disenchanted with the Shah and his family.

Just because the US was not raising a stink over the nuclear plans in the 1970s does not mean that we should remain silent today. Now it is true - as I have said before - that Iran does want to have a nuclear power plant to produce electricity. But what is worrisome is the fact that the Iranians are developing what is called a “break out capability”. That means that they can use that technology and develop a bomb if they so desired.

Tell me what you guys think and what your views are. If you are Iranian, you are encouraged to have your say.

And Hillary Clinton Lies…AGAIN!!!

And she lies again

She should not be President. She is the Political Tonya Harding! As if the Sniper fire story wasn’t enough, she has to add this other lie.

Why would anyone lie about such a horrible event? Why would she lie about the death of a child or something like that. That is totally unethical.

I think that both Hillary and Bill deserve each other. They are professional liars.

To hell with the Clintons.

Vote McCain. That man is a wholesome man who knows what he is doing. He comes from an organized party that knows what to do.

Hillary, please - I am begging you - do not drop out! Stay in the race because you are helping my guy win!

Love Is Part of the Problem in War and Conflict!

In one of my postings on the Islam movie, Fitna, by Geert Wilders a blogger wrote the following comment regarding the state of the world and the excuses that people use to use (read, abuse) religion. Consider the following comment:

What had happened in this world ..We all can see…
It is indeed a sad fact that some turn religion into
an excuse to the extreme violent . All religion are
suppose to promote love , peace and harmony ..So
does the REAL Islam and some extremist have used the
name of religion to screw the world…Religion need not
force others with death threat…

I came to this understanding: with all the wars that we are seeing in the world, from World War I, to World War II, to the Cold War and to the ethnic strife and conflict that we are seeing in the post-communist world, isn’t love part of the problem? I mean, isn’t it the fact that we love one group to the exclusion of another group part of the problem? If we all love each other equally then love ceases to exist because there is no counterweight. It becomes the norm with no deviation.

So the adage that we all must love each other really cannot be the answer. . . hmmmm.

Doesn’t love - by definition - mean that it must identify itself against a least favored object or person? Doesn’t that lower being develop a resentment? Ah, so love can’t be the answer.
